Chicken Melon Fried Rice
1.
Clean the chicken breast quickly and remove the excess fat (that is, the white on the side) from the chicken breast.
2.
Cut into small dices and put in a bowl.
3.
Add a little oyster sauce, black pepper, salt, spicy soybean paste, chicken powder, and cooking wine.
4.
Stir well and marinate for about 1 hour.
5.
Vegetables can be prepared when marinating the diced chicken. Wash the chives and green peppers, peel the watermelon, and remove the red flesh.
6.
Cut small chives into circles.
7.
Cut the green pepper into small pieces.
8.
Cut the watermelon rind into small cubes.
9.
Give the remaining rice a little bit.
10.
Pour a little olive oil into the pot.
11.
Add the diced chicken and stir fry until white.
12.
Put the fried chicken in a bowl and set aside.
13.
Leave the bottom oil in the pot and add the rice.
14.
Add green peppers.
15.
Then add the diced melon. When I fried rice, I put the rice first and then the vegetables, so that the vitamins and other nutrients in the vegetables can be preserved.
16.
Finally knock in an egg. Stir well with rice.
17.
Add a little salt, black pepper and sesame oil before turning off the heat.
18.
Sprinkle chopped green onion before serving, and use heat to force out its fragrance. It's ready to eat!
