I made it at home on the evening of the summer solstice, and when I served the table, someone bottomed out. I ate this noodle in a restaurant before, and it was so reliable the first time I made it myself. "

Chicken Noodles

1. Boil the chicken breast in water for about 5 minutes, add a little cooking wine and ginger

2. Take out and tear it into filaments

3. Cut the noodles and boil until they are half-cooked and remove them, but add a little sesame oil directly and mix well.

Tips:

1. Cooking noodles is quite critical. If they are overcooked, they will not have a dry effect.
2. If the chicken breast is big, cook for a few more minutes.
