Chicken Noodles

Cook the chicken in clean water and let cool.

Tear the chilled chicken into shredded chicken, cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

Cut cucumber into thin strips, cover with plastic wrap and set aside.

Mince garlic and set aside.

Mince coriander and set aside. (If you don't like it, you can omit)

Put the noodles in a pot and cook (cook until there is no raw heart, it will affect the taste if it is too soft)

When cooking the noodles, put the sauce ingredients: one tablespoon of granular peanut butter, two tablespoons of seafood soy sauce, two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, one tablespoon of sugar, one tablespoon of red oil, two tablespoons of water, and two spoons in a bowl and mix well.

Remove the cooked noodles and let the water cool down and control the moisture

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix well.
10.
Put an appropriate amount of noodles into a bowl.

Put the shredded cucumber on the noodles, cover with shredded chicken, minced garlic, and coriander, pour the sauce on the top, put a spoonful of XO sauce on the top, and mix well.
