Chicken Noodles

Put water in the pot, add a slice of ginger, a shallot, a spoon of salt, add chicken breast, and cook

The chicken breast is cooked, take it out and let it cool, and tear it into silk by hand
How to tell if the chicken is cooked? You use chopsticks to insert the meat, if you can penetrate it and the meat feels hard, it is cooked. You can also use chopsticks to open the meat directly to see if there is any raw meat inside

Cut the tomato into small pieces and set aside

Shred cucumbers, it’s more convenient if you have shredding tools at home

Tahini, add water and let it go, set aside

Find a clean dish and put in water. It is best not to use tap water directly, you can use pure water or boiled water to cool it down. This is safer. I used half a bottle of bottled water, which is enough for 2-3 people. Then add sliced tomatoes, add salt, rice cocoa, cold sauce, sesame oil, chopped shallots and mashed garlic, stir well and set aside for later use

Bring water to a boil and add the noodles.

While the noodles are being cooked, we can prepare ice water. If there are ice cubes in the house, we can put the ice cubes directly. You can also bring a bottle of cold boiled water and chill it in the refrigerator.

Remove the cooked noodles and put them in ice water to cool too much

Finally, put the noodles in a bowl, then add shredded cucumber, shredded chicken, and then pour the adjusted sauce, preferably with sesame sauce.
Tips:
It is better to use cold boiled water for the noodles, which is healthier and safer.
