Chicken Noodles

Ingredients: noodles/chicken breast/cucumber/mung bean sprouts/carrots/green onion ginger/roasted sesame salad dressing/chili oil/pepper oil/sesame oil/ice cubes/salt/balsamic vinegar/steamed fish soy sauce/fish juice/cooked sesame seeds/ White Pepper/White Sugar/Essence of Chicken

Put the chicken breast in a pot under cold water, add cooking wine, ginger slices, and green onions. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Take it out and let it cool, and tear it into silk along the texture of the chicken breast.
