Chicken Pasta with Cheese

Wash the chicken with water with cooking wine and cook it in the pot for about five minutes. The chicken is just cooked and it is best when it comes out of the pot.

Boil the pasta and keep it on high heat for twelve minutes.

After the chicken has cooled slightly, place it on the chopping board, break it up with a rolling pin, and then tear it into silk with your hands.

Tear as thin as possible.

Cook the pasta in a bowl, add olive oil and mix well.

Put some torn chicken shreds on the noodles, put the blanched broccoli on the noodles, and squeeze the sesame salad sauce on the roasted sesame seeds.
8.
Mix well and serve.
