Chicken Pizza

Dice the chicken breast with a knife and add a little Orleans barbecue ingredients.

Stir well and marinate for two hours.

Prepare some diced vegetables. I used frozen ones. You can also choose your favorite vegetables and blanch them for later use.

Add the diced vegetables after the water is boiled, and after boiling again, remove them for use.

Control dry water and cool to room temperature.

Apply a little oil to the mold to prevent sticking.

Put the cake pi and let it thaw to room temperature.

The marinated chicken is fried in a wok, (put a little oil in the pan and put the marinated chicken) you can also bake it in the oven.

Stir-fry on low heat until cooked, turn off the heat, and cool to room temperature.

The thawed pie pi is coated with a little tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle with vegetable cubes, top with fried chicken cubes, and sprinkle with mozzarella again.

Put it in the oven and bake until the cheese melts and the surface is colored.
Tips:
The temperature of the oven is about 175. It’s about 20 minutes. I have already painted it a bit because of the drama, so I didn’t mention it in the recipe. You can adjust it according to the temper of your own oven.
