Chicken Porridge

Wash the chicken and cut into thin strips, put it in a bowl, add a little salt, salt and pepper to the chicken, then add a little cooking wine, mix well and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

The rice is washed clean and soaked in hot water 20 minutes in advance.
