Chicken Pot

Wash chicken legs and onions separately

Prepare coriander, garlic cloves and chicken pot seasoning

Cut the onion into slices, chop the chicken legs into pieces, pour in the seasoning, mix well and marinate for more than 1 hour

Pour the oil in a hot pan, add the garlic cloves to the warm oil, and explode the fragrance

Add hot water, cover with high heat and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat and cook until the chicken is cooked through for about half an hour

Tips:
1. Raw onions are more punchy. Soak the onions in clean water before cutting and then pick them up and cut it will not stimulate the eyes to cry
2. I think the addition of chicken pot seasoning and salty taste is enough, the color is lighter, so the old soy sauce is added for coloring, and you can adjust it according to your own preferences
