Chicken Potato Claypot

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, slice the onions, wash the chicken to filter out the water, and prepare the onion, ginger, and garlic aniseed.

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic, dried pepper, pepper, bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon, and stir fry for a fragrance.

Add onions and fry for tens of seconds.

Add the chicken and stir fry until the meat is fragrant. Fry for about 2 minutes.

Add the potatoes and stir fry for a few minutes.

Then add warm water, about level with the chicken, and bring to a boil.

After boiling, add salted chicken soy sauce to taste, add a spoonful of chili oil, and stir-fry evenly.

Add green and red peppers and continue to heat for a while.

The potatoes are cooked until they are soft, and then the soup is almost collected before it can be out of the pot. This soup with rice is super delicious.
