Chicken Rice Bowl

Cut the chicken into large slices, add salt, sugar, pepper, starch, and ginger.

Cut zucchini, tomatoes, onions, and garlic.

Add the onion, garlic, and tomato in a hot pan with hot oil and fry them until they are fragrant.

Then sauté the zucchini until soft, season with salt and tomatoes.

Spread the marinated chicken on top, cover and simmer for 1 minute.

Finally, stir-fry evenly, serve on a plate, and sprinkle with chives to finish.

Cover it with rice and enjoy it beautifully.
Tips:
The chicken must be marinated with starch to avoid firewood.
