Chicken Sauce
1.
Cut the chicken breast into chopstick-like thick threads. Be careful not to be too thin.
2.
Put the cut shredded pork into two spoons of cooking wine, mix well, and let stand for more than 10 minutes
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated pork and stir fry
4.
Stir-fry the water in the pot
5.
Add water to a small half bowl of bean paste until the small bowl is full, mix evenly, and let the sauce and water blend together
6.
Pour in the mixed bean paste, simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring twice in the middle
7.
When the sauce becomes sticky, you can add some chopped green onion to the pot, or just serve it out.
8.
Cut the chives and cucumber into sections. The cucumber section can be divided into 6 pieces. It’s better to bite. Let’s get some tofu skin, put in the fried shredded pork sauce, the tofu skin is wrapped in the meat sauce, and put in the green onions and cucumber. It is too fragrant.
Tips:
The shredded pork is marinated first and then fried, so that it tastes nothing like wood. You can use any brand of sauce as long as you like it.
