Chicken Slices with Oyster Sauce and Shiitake Mushrooms

Wash the chicken breast after thawing, then wash the spring bamboo shoots and soak the dried mushrooms

Remove the shells and slice the spring bamboo shoots, slice the chicken breasts, add salt, rice wine, cornstarch, and marinate for more than 20 minutes and slice the dried shiitake mushrooms
