Chicken Soup with Fresh Bamboo Shoots
1.
In the raw material picture, there are small eggs on the upper right.
2.
Boil the water to scald the chicken to clean the hair on it.
3.
Blanch the bamboo shoots and simmer, cut the green onion into sections, and slice the ginger. (Steps 2, 3, can be interchanged, first blanch the bamboo shoots and scald the chicken. Don't cook it, just use boiling water to treat the hair well, and remove the dirt and blood)
4.
Put the chicken, bamboo shoots, green onion and ginger in a casserole or soup pot and cook the soup for 2 hours. Add salt for an hour and a half.
5.
When the soup is thick, add the wolfberry. Can be out of the pot. It is most comfortable to drink while it is hot. The rest of the meat can be torn up and eaten or made into noodles.

Tips:
The bamboo shoots and chicken stewed together are delicious, so don't add seasoning. If it is a vegetable chicken, it must be blanched and boiled.
