Chicken Soup with Mushrooms

The chicken breasts purchased online are cooked separately, and the other parts are washed with water

Put enough water in the pot, add some cooking wine, green onions, and ginger

After the water is boiled, remove the chicken and rinse with water

Because it’s an old hen, I used an electric pressure cooker for 25 minutes

Tips:
Because every time I stewed chicken soup before, the last thing left was chicken breast, so I use chicken breasts out of the chicken soup for cooking.
