Spinach contains quite high nutritional content. It is known as a "nutrition model student". It is rich in carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, minerals (calcium, iron, etc.), coenzyme Q10 and other nutrients.
Today I will use spinach to make a very delicious "Chicken Spinach Cheese". The biggest feature of this dish is that it is steamed, and the cooking method without oil fume is in line with modern people's health concepts. It is not easy to get angry and is more nutritious.
"Chicken Spinach Cheese" can be eaten hot, or placed in a Midea smart refrigerator. Under the extreme care of air-cooling and frost-free, it can be eaten as a cold dish with a better taste. In summer, a piece of ice-cold and delicious spinach cheese is absolutely delicious. Enjoyment!
Spinach is easy to preserve. Pick out the bad leaves, then pack them in a fresh-keeping bag, and put them in a Midea smart refrigerator for storage. They can be stored for several days.
Drumsticks are even easier. Pack them in a fresh-keeping bag and store them in the Midea smart refrigerator freezer. If necessary, take them out overnight and put them in the Midea smart refrigerator freezer to thaw naturally.

Tips:

Starch is added to the egg liquid to make the chicken spinach cheese not easy to disperse, and the taste is better, but do not add too much or too little.
Put the chicken in the Midea smart refrigerator and refrigerate it for more than 1 hour to make it easier to taste.
The container should be slightly larger, because during the steaming process, the spinach cheese will expand when heated.
After 15 minutes, you can open it and take a look. Use chopsticks to gently poke the surface. If you press it down and it doesn’t collapse and is firm, it will be almost cooked. Otherwise, you need to steam it for a while. The steaming time is also different if the firepower is different. Observe more.
