Chicken Sprouts Scallion Pancakes

Cut clean chicken breasts in half

Ground chicken + salt + MSG + starch + oil, set aside

Flour + yeast powder + salt. Add less salt and mix the noodles with warm water. (It’s warm water if it’s not hot)

Yeast between 30-35 degrees. It's about twice as big as before. If it hasn't been opened, you can try to put some not too hot water under a large basin, seal the basin with the dough and put it on the water.

Chicken + Sprouts + Oil

Roll the dough into long strips, add chicken sprouts and green onions in the middle

The other side starts to wrap up and keeps wrapping up

Roll into pancakes

Fry on medium heat
