Chicken Stew with Chickpeas

Main ingredients: native chicken, chickpeas, accessories: salt, wolfberry, dried longan, ginger, cooking wine

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces

Slice ginger, soak the wolfberry, rinse and pick up

Tips:
The chickpeas should be soaked for more than 2 hours in advance so that they will be well cooked and cooked thoroughly. If you don’t like to eat dried longan, you can leave it alone, and simmer slowly at a certain low heat.
