Chicken Stewed Hazel Mushroom

Cut the cock into pieces.

Soak the hazel mushrooms, rinse and set aside.

Sliced green onion and ginger.

Heat oil in the pan and add the chicken nuggets.

Tips:
The dried hazel mushrooms are very dirty and must be cleaned.
Do not blanch the chicken nuggets and fry them directly.
Don't add MSG.
