Chicken Stewed Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli in advance.

After the rooster is blanched, remove and drain the water.

Heat the pan, add oil, add ginger and star anise until fragrant.

Add the chicken nuggets and stir fry for a while.

Add chopped green onion and pepper powder chicken essence salt light soy sauce and dark soy sauce for color and seasoning
