Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms

Prepare the seasoning, cooking wine, soy sauce and forgot to take pictures

Wash the chicken nuggets and blanch them for later use (I used the chicken skeleton and chicken feet, chicken legs and wings to prepare for braising)

Stir the chicken nuggets with oil to get a fragrance. Add sugar and continue to stir fry. Add green onion, ginger, pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, cooking wine, dried chili, and oyster sauce.

Soak the dried hazel mushrooms in cold water for one hour beforehand, wash and control the moisture

Put the washed hazel mushrooms into the pot and add appropriate amount of water (you can add more if you want to drink the soup) and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes

Put the pot into a container and sprinkle a little coriander
Tips:
