Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms

Cut the chicken into pieces, soak the hazel mushrooms in warm water for ten minutes, rinse them in running water, and soak them in warm water again for use

Boil it very quickly over the boiling water, remove it and wash away the scum

Heat oil in a pot, add star anise, cinnamon and fry until fragrant, add chicken pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes

Pour in hot water that has not had the chicken nuggets, add salt, green onion, ginger, and soy sauce. Bring to a high heat and turn to a low heat to simmer for one hour

One hour later, pour the hazel mushrooms and the water for soaking the hazel mushrooms, and continue to simmer for half an hour

Add the noodles in half an hour and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
1) In my house, there is no such thing as frying chicken. Just put the chicken in a casserole and stew, and then add hazel mushrooms and stew with the skin; I feel that the chai chicken I bought are all quick products, without the smell of chicken, so I fried
2) You don’t need to soak the flakes in advance, put them one by one when putting them in to avoid sticking.
