Chicken Wine

Chicken is usually used, but I use chicken wings, mainly for the tenderness and smoothness.

Wash the chicken wings and chop into small pieces

Peel the ginger and cut into minced ginger

The taste must be authentic and authentic by using Hakka brewed wine.

Put a little oil in a wok and stir-fry the minced ginger until browned

Add the chicken nuggets and stir fry until the chicken nuggets are golden brown, then pour it into the wine and bring it to a boil immediately.

Bring to a boil and pour it into a clay pot, cover it and let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the chicken pieces to fully absorb the flavor of ginger wine.
