Once a street snack net celebrity-chicken wings wrapped rice. Ordinary chicken wings are wrapped with rice and then grilled. Fresh and juicy chicken wings, rich fried rice, one bite, great satisfaction...
I use the ATO-E43A electric oven of ACA North America Electric. The temperature and baking time need to be adjusted according to their own oven.

Ingredients

Chicken Wing Rice

1. Use scissors to remove the bones of chicken wings and wash them with water;

2. Add the Orleans chicken powder and water to the chicken wings and marinate them overnight;

3. Wash corn, peel, and cut carrots;

4. Heat oil in a pan, add corn kernels, carrot kernels, and green beans to the pan, stir-fry for two minutes over medium heat;

5. Pour in rice and continue to stir fry over medium and low heat;

6. Add oyster sauce, salt and soy sauce to the fried rice and stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and set aside;

7. Put the fried rice into the chicken wings and fill it up to seven minutes full;

8. Use toothpicks to seal the chicken wings;

9. Place the chicken wings on the grill, spread a layer of tin foil on the baking tray, and put it into the preheated oven, and bake the middle and lower layers at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Tips:

1. When baking for 20 minutes, take out the chicken wings and brush them with a layer of honey water to make them more colorful;
2. The ingredients in the fried rice can be selected according to your own taste.
