Chicken Wing Rice

Use scissors to remove the bones of chicken wings and wash them with water;

Add the Orleans chicken powder and water to the chicken wings and marinate them overnight;

Wash corn, peel, and cut carrots;

Heat oil in a pan, add corn kernels, carrot kernels, and green beans to the pan, stir-fry for two minutes over medium heat;

Pour in rice and continue to stir fry over medium and low heat;

Add oyster sauce, salt and soy sauce to the fried rice and stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and set aside;

Put the fried rice into the chicken wings and fill it up to seven minutes full;

Use toothpicks to seal the chicken wings;

Place the chicken wings on the grill, spread a layer of tin foil on the baking tray, and put it into the preheated oven, and bake the middle and lower layers at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Tips:
1. When baking for 20 minutes, take out the chicken wings and brush them with a layer of honey water to make them more colorful;
2. The ingredients in the fried rice can be selected according to your own taste.
