Chicken Wing Roots with Quail Eggs

Ingredients: peeled quail eggs, chicken wing roots (washed), ginger slices, lees

Put the chicken wing roots and ginger slices into a pot of water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Bring to a boil, cook for 15 minutes, remove.

Put it in the crisper
