Chicken Wings with Crispy Potato Chips
1.
Soak the chicken wings in paper, cut two knives on both sides (marinating is more delicious), soak dry in the kitchen
2.
Prepare the chicken wings, add appropriate salt, black pepper and minced garlic, and marinate overnight
3.
Put the potato chips into a compact bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
4.
Marinated chicken wings wrapped in flour
5.
After dipping in the egg mixture, roll on the potato chips.
6.
Cover the chicken wings with potato chips and place them on the grill at intervals, and put them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Turn over once halfway
7.
Take out, sprinkle a little chili powder and basil (I didn't sprinkle it because I pickled it and it was salty but it was delicious)
Tips:
Potato chips are also salty, you can put less salt, I am heavy. The chicken wings in the picture are mostly because I eat a lot, that is a double portion (I don’t want to admit this very much)
