Chicken Wings with Ginger Cola
1.
Juice the ginger
2.
Add cola to the ginger juice and set aside.
3.
Clean the chicken wings and pierce the eyes with a steel needle to taste
4.
It is not necessary to blanch the water, but I have a mental handicap. I still put cold water into the pot and blanch it. When there is foam, remove it and wash the surface.
5.
Saute the scallions and ginger with a little oil in the pot
6.
Fry the chicken wings and fry until one side changes color, then turn over and fry the other side
7.
After frying both sides, pour in the ginger cola mixture, then pour in the special light soy sauce, and simmer for 15 minutes.
8.
Just collect the juice over high heat. The glass in my kitchen is blue, and the color is distorted. Please see the finished picture. The finished picture was taken in the restaurant and the color is normal.
Tips:
Because light soy sauce is very salty, the salty taste of chicken wings comes from it, so there is no need to add salt.
