After separating the egg yolk from the egg whites, add salad oil, salt, milk, coconut paste, and 10 grams of sugar. Add the low-gluten flour and stir evenly until it becomes a paste.

Add 40 grams of sugar to the egg whites and beat them.

Add 1/3 of the whipped egg whites to the egg yolk paste and stir well.

Pour it into the remaining 2/3 of the whipped egg whites and stir well.
