Childhood Memories-pan-fried Pea Flour

The ingredients are shown in the picture. You don’t need chili noodles, the pea flour will be fragrant when fried~

Cut the pea flour into thick slices.

Bring a non-stick pan to heat, brush a thin layer of oil, add peas flour when the oil is hot, and fry on low heat.

After frying on one side until golden brown, turn over and continue to fry on low heat until golden brown on the other side.

Tips:
1. Salt is added to the pea flour, so there is no need to add additional salt.
