In your memory as a child,
Use a kind of food to describe,
What's that smell?
Orange drink, baby head ice cream, sour plum powder, or candied melon...
I tried hard to recall,
Thinking of bagged egg yolk biscuits.
Round and cute,
Golden yellow,
I like the satisfaction of one bite,
Post-80s, do you remember it? "

Ingredients

Childhood Taste---small Biscuits with Egg Yolk

1. Put the eggs and egg yolks in the basin, add sugar and beat them with an electric whisk.

2. When the egg is beaten until the whisk is lifted, the lowered egg batter will not disappear immediately, and clear lines can be drawn on the surface of the egg batter.

3. Add vanilla essence and mix well.

4. Mix the low powder and baking powder through a sieve, add them to the egg batter in portions, and stir evenly with a rubber spatula.

5. The well-mixed batter presents a smooth and bulky state.

6. Put the batter into a piping bag, and squeeze out a small round batter with a diameter of about 2cm on the baking pan.

7. Preheat the oven to 170℃, fire up and down, middle level, bake for 15 minutes and it will be out of the oven.
