Childlike Snacks-doll Biscuits
1.
After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and salt, and beat with an electric whisk until it is even and smooth (no need to beat).
2.
Add the egg liquid to the butter three times, and use an electric whisk to beat evenly. Let the egg and butter fuse each time and add another time later.
3.
Sift in low-gluten flour and knead it into a smooth dough. Don't knead it for too long.
4.
Place the dough on the chopping board and roll it into a sheet about 0.3cm thick. Use a cutting die with a diameter of 5 cm to cut out round pieces of dough.
5.
Place the cut noodles on a baking tray (if you feel that the noodles are not easy to pick up from the chopping board, you can use a squeegee to pick them up), send them to a preheated 190 degree oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Until the surface of the biscuit is slightly golden.
6.
Put the milk chocolate in a bowl, heat over water and stir constantly until the chocolate is completely melted.
7.
After the biscuit has cooled, take a piece and dip it in the melted chocolate.
8.
Turn around and dip again, as shown in the picture. In this way, the doll's hair is ready.
9.
Dip all the biscuits one by one, and place the dipped biscuits on the cooling rack/baking net.
10.
Put the remaining chocolate into the piping bag, cut a small opening at the front end of the piping bag, and draw the eyes, nose, and mouth of the doll on the biscuit. When the chocolate is set, the cute doll biscuits are ready.
