Prepare the ingredients, find a heat-resistant container to hold the minced chili

Pour the white sesame seeds into the minced chili

Add two spoons of salt and mix well

Heat the oil pan, pour the rapeseed oil until the oil starts to smoke. If you can’t control the oil temperature, you can throw a small grain of sesame into it. The sesame seeds are turned to the surface immediately to make small bubbles.
