The two kids in the family like picky eaters, and they always want to change their cooking. The kids will love it. Then the two kids really like this roasted seasonal vegetable. Every time they bake it, they eat it perfectly...

Ingredients

Roasted Seasonal Vegetables with Black Pepper

1. Wash the potatoes and peel them. I choose small potatoes. If you use big potatoes, you can decide at will

2. Potatoes cut into small pieces

3. Carrot slices, use a cutting die to make the whole small shape, children will prefer it, it doesn’t matter, just slice it directly

4. Put potatoes and carrots in a cooking pot, add salt, chicken essence (decided according to your vegetables)

5. Continue ➕Chilli noodles, you don’t need to put them in. My baby likes spicy food. So i added some

6. Then freshly ground black pepper, appropriate amount. Must be freshly ground

7. Then pour in the right amount of cooking oil, and wear gloves to grab evenly

8. Grab evenly, pour it into the baking tray, and spread the tin foil on the baking tray.

9. Put it in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for ten minutes. Take it out and flip it, and continue to put it in the oven to bake for 10 minutes (if your potato chunks are cut too large. The time needs to be adjusted)

10. If you are not sure, you can try a piece of potato. The carrots must be cooked
