Stir-fried String Beans

Remove the stems of the kidney beans, fold them into small sections, wash them and pour in salt, which will make the kidney beans more delicious and also force out the moisture in the kidney beans.

In the process of marinating the green beans, let's prepare the condiments. Just smash the garlic, shred the ginger, cut the dried chili into sections, prepare the pepper, pour the pepper and pepper noodles aside.
