Chili Sauce

Wash the peppers, drain them, and break them with a food processor.

Chop ginger and garlic.
3.
Stir-fry peanuts (peeled) and sesame seeds and cut into small particles.

Put oil in the wok, heat it up, add ginger and garlic, and stir fry for a nice aroma.
5.
Add chili, stir fry over medium heat, add sweet noodle sauce.
6.
When the chili sauce becomes viscous, add crushed peanuts and sesame seeds and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. You can also add chopped walnuts to make it more fragrant.
2. If you like salty taste, you can have more salt and less sugar; if you like sweet taste, you can have more sugar and less salt.
