A friend gave two catties of red peppers, which are very fresh and red. If it’s just for stir-frying, how long will it take to eat? Thinking of having eaten my sister’s chili sauce, I thought about it myself..."

Ingredients

1. Wash the peppers, drain them, and break them with a food processor.

2. Chop ginger and garlic.

3. Stir-fry peanuts (peeled) and sesame seeds and cut into small particles.

4. Put oil in the wok, heat it up, add ginger and garlic, and stir fry for a nice aroma.

5. Add chili, stir fry over medium heat, add sweet noodle sauce.

6. When the chili sauce becomes viscous, add crushed peanuts and sesame seeds and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:

1. You can also add chopped walnuts to make it more fragrant.

2. If you like salty taste, you can have more salt and less sugar; if you like sweet taste, you can have more sugar and less salt.
