1.
Remove the roots of the toon and clean it.
2.
Blanch the toon for a minute or two.
3.
Take the toon out of cold water and set aside.
4.
Put the toon neatly on the plate.
5.
Sprinkle the chopped garlic on the toon.
6.
Put the above seasonings in a bowl to make a seasoning juice.
7.
Add the chopped green onion and dried chilies to the sauce, and drizzle with hot oil.
8.
Pour the seasoning sauce on the toon.
9.
Just mix thoroughly when eating.
Tips:
Toon should be blanched before eating.
