Soak the peppers in water for about five minutes, wash and wipe dry, remove the stems and seeds, cut into small pieces, and put them in the fresh-keeping box.

Chop the garlic and cut the green pepper into small pieces.

Pour in sesame oil, salt, sweet and sour and stir well.
4.
Put the lid on and put it in the refrigerator. You can eat it in five or six hours.
