Braided bread is a relatively simple fancy bread. This time, I didn’t use the direct method for the production. Instead, the medium method was used. The production time was longer, but the fermentation effect was very good. The materials are divided into middle-type materials and main dough materials.

Chinese Braided Bread

1. Put the middle-seed ingredients into the bread bucket and mix for 10-15 minutes evenly, the length of time does not affect too much. Just use the fermentation menu of the bread machine for 2-3 hours.

2. Then add the ingredients of the main dough and stir to form the mask, which takes 30 minutes.

3. Take out the mixed dough and knead it and let it rest for 15-20 minutes to shape it.

4. Divide the dough into 40 grams each.

5. Then round the dough and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.

6. Roll out the dough thinly.

7. Turn over to flatten the front end.

8. Roll up and close

9. Place the middle dough to the right, put the original rightmost dough in the middle, and then put the leftmost dough in the middle again, and so on.

10. Put the bundled parcels neatly in the oven and put them in the oven to ferment. Time is 40-50 minutes.

11. Fermented to double size.

12. Put it into Dongling oven DL-K38B for baking. The upper tube is 175 degrees, the lower tube is 155 degrees, and the time is 18-21 minutes.

Tips:

It is recommended to use an oven that can independently control the temperature up and down. I use Dongling’s DL-K38B oven.
