Chinese Cabbage and Shrimp Paste Tofu Meatball Soup

1. After removing the shrimp thread, crush the shrimp into a puree with the back of a knife, and crush the garlic

2. Then press the tofu into a puree

3. Put the tofu puree, shrimp puree and chopped green onion, mix well, then add tapioca flour

4. Stir in one direction

5. Wash the cabbage and control the moisture

6. Put water in the pot, use a small spoon to paste the balls into small balls, boil the water and add the shrimp balls

7. Cook for a while

8. Then add the Chinese cabbage

9. Cook for a minute, add salt and sesame oil

Tips:

Cassava flour can be replaced with other starches. The gluten of cassava flour is not easy to loose. Do not cook the cabbage for a long time, just boil it.
