Chinese Cabbage Braised Tofu with Oil

Clean and prepare the materials used.

Mince garlic and ginger, cut celery into sections, and cut green onions into sections.

Break the Chinese cabbage into pieces at will by hand.

Put oil in a pot and sauté the minced ginger and garlic

Add Chinese cabbage and fry until soft.

Add the oily bean paste, put in an appropriate amount of water, add the celery and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes until the bean paste becomes soft.
