Chinese Cabbage Yuanzi

Put cornstarch, ground ginger, cooking wine, salt, pepper, and an egg into the meat;

Stir in one direction and let it stand for a few minutes;

Heat the pot and put in an appropriate amount of oil. When the oil is 60% or 70% hot, insert the chopsticks into the oil and when there are small bubbles rising;

Put a spoon in the oil pan and take it out immediately;

Grab the meat filling with your left hand and squeeze the meatballs out of the tiger’s mouth;

Put a spoon into the oil pan and fry slowly on low heat;

Fry it to six or seven when it is mature, remove it to cool, then open the fire and re-fry it into golden yellow and remove it;

Put baby cabbage on the bottom of the pot;

Add the fried meatballs and shiitake mushrooms;

Then add the prepared stock, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer for five minutes on low heat;

Add salt, pepper and other seasonings;
12.
Put it in a basin and sprinkle some green onions on top.
