Chinese Date Cake

Lay greased paper in the baking tray in advance

Cook the fresh red dates in the pot in advance and then cool in the air. Break them with a food processor and add 3 eggs.

Then add in caster sugar

Use an electric whisk to whip the jujube paste until it can draw a figure of 8 without disappearing

Then add salad oil and stir evenly at low speed

Finally, add low-gluten flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix well at low speed; until the batter is evenly mixed.

Pour into the baking dish

Bake at 165° for about 45 minutes

Pour in the jujube cake after drying
