Chinese Hot Dog Rolls

Knead the dough with Chinese ingredients, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator to ferment for 17 hours.

Tear the middle kind of dough into small pieces, put them into the bun of the bread machine together with the main dough materials except the butter, and start the kneading program for 20 minutes. Add softened butter and knead the dough for 20 minutes until the glove film is formed.
