Chinese Savior Crepe

Cut the deep-fried dough sticks into sections, and dust them with a little bit of water

Put a little oil in the pot, cover and simmer for 2 minutes

Open the lid and continue to stir-fry on a small fire. The burnt edges appear and the texture becomes hard. Take it out and set aside. After cooling down, it will be crunchy and crisp.

Mix the flour into a thin batter, pour it into a hot pan with oil, turn the pan to make the batter evenly flat, and the batter is not completely solidified. Beat an egg on the batter, stir and spread evenly with chopsticks. Turn over the eggs after they are basically solidified, and cook them out of the pan

The side without the egg mixture is facing up, and the meat sauce is applied. If there is no meat sauce, put other sauces and add some vegetables. My house didn't add it.

At this point the dough sticks are already crispy, add them to the dough and roll them up.
