Chinese Savior Crepe
1.
Mix flour with appropriate amount of water to make a thicker batter. If you have mung bean flour, you can also add some. I didn’t buy it temporarily, so I just used the whole flour.
2.
Cut the puff into chopped green onion, one fried dough stick, and set aside eggs
3.
Add half a teaspoon of soy bean paste to a moderate amount of cold boiled water to bring to the boil, stir a few more times
4.
Grease the pan
5.
Pour the batter into the pot and smooth it with a spatula
6.
Until transparent, add an egg and spread
7.
Eggs are slightly formed and turned over
8.
Spread the bean paste from step 3 and sprinkle with chopped green onion
9.
Add the fritters and roll it up and it's OK
Tips:
The batter must be thicker, otherwise it will be too thin and it will be easy to break when turned over
