Chinese Subo Soup

Prepare the ingredients. Soak cabbage and tomatoes in light salt water for about 10 minutes, wash them repeatedly, and peel and wash potatoes.

Cut potatoes into pieces with a hob, and cut tomatoes into pieces.

The washed cabbage is blanched in cold water.
