Chinese Wolfberry and Pork Liver Soup

Wash the pork liver and cut into thin slices, soak in water and white vinegar for 15 minutes in a bowl, then rinse with water

Grab and mix pig liver with cooking wine, starch and 1/2 teaspoon salt, peel and shred ginger

Pickle the pork liver for a while, wash the goji berries and remove the leaves. Do not leave the stems

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, bring to a boil, add shredded ginger, pour in vegetable oil, slide into the pork liver and cook.

Add medlar and boil for a while, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to taste
