Chinese Wolfberry and Yam Ribs in Clay Pot

Wash the ribs and soak in water for 1 hour.

Blanch the ribs in water.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger

Peel the yam and cut into hob pieces.
5.
Put the blanched ribs in the boiling water.
6.
Use a spoon to skim off the blood.

Add the scallion and ginger slices, then boil on high heat to low heat for about 2 hours.

Add the chopped yam and peanuts. Add the right amount of salt, and change the boil on high heat to low heat for about 20 minutes.

Add the right amount of wolfberry and boil it for about 5 minutes.
Tips:
Do not cook the wolfberry for too long to avoid nutrient loss. Soak the ribs in clean water for 1 hour and change the water several times to fully release the blood.
