Chinese Wolfberry Egg Custard

Take one less photo. You should break the eggs first and filter them with a muslin cloth to keep the eggs free of impurities.

Strain the beaten eggs with a cloth

Add water and a small amount of salt, and mix well (the water is slightly more than the egg, so the steamed product is more tender)

Use a spoon to remove the bubbles

Cover with a lid (or use plastic wrap, but pierce a few holes in the wrap), place it on a grate in boiling water, and steam over high heat.

When steaming is almost done, put the wolfberry pendulum pattern
7.
🙂 After setting, re-steam on medium heat and steam for a few minutes before serving
