Chinese Wolfberry White Fungus and Lotus Seed Soup

Soak the dried white fungus and lotus seed heads in clean water overnight

Wash the wolfberry and soak for 20 minutes, remove the soaked white fungus, and tear it into small flowers by hand

Put all the ingredients into the soymilk machine, add the water at the upper and lower water levels

Plug in the power supply and select the Five Grains Soy Milk button

Tips:
Tremella and lotus seeds need to be soaked in clear water one night in advance, and wolfberry only needs to be soaked 20 minutes in advance.
You can also add red dates and raisins according to your preferences, and change them as you like
